Golden Eagle Insurance is founded.
2006
Innovative Risk Solutions is founded.
January 2020
Golden Eagle Insurance merged with Innovative Risk Solutions to form Unitas Financial Services, expanding its product offerings and focus on collateral protection and real estate investor insurance.
September 2021
Lenders Service Corporation (LSC), founded in 1981, merged with Unitas Financial Services, expanding the company's reach across the Midwest and Southern United States.
October 2021
First Service Corporation, founded in 1964, merged with Unitas Financial Services, further expanding the company's reach and industry expertise.
